That changed October 10th, as the Met launched The Tudors: Art and Majesty in Renaissance England. ![]() We know the Tudors from centuries of pop culture portrayals, but their art and design have never had an exhibition in the United States. The Tudors: Art and Majesty in Renaissance England Spanning 65 years, the exhibition will feature over 250 works, produced from 1958 to the present, in mediums including painting, drawing, prints, film, photography, artist’s books, and installation. The show will run from September 10th, 2023, through January 6th, 2024.
